1Ch 2:1These are the sons of Israel: Reuben, Simeon, Levi and Judah, Issachar and Zebulun,
1Ch 2:2Dan, Joseph and Benjamin, Naphtali, Gad and Asher.
1Ch 2:3The sons of Judah: Er and Onan and Shelah, which three were born to him by Bath-shua the Canaanitess. And Er, Judah’s firstborn, was wicked in the sight of Jehovah; and He slew him.
1Ch 2:4And Tamar his daughter-in-law bore him Perez and Zerah. The sons of Judah were five in all.
1Ch 2:5The sons of Perez: Hezron and Hamul.
1Ch 2:6And the sons of Zerah: Zimri and Ethan and Heman and Calcol and Dara; five of them in all.
1Ch 2:7And the son of Carmi: Achar, the troubler of Israel, who acted unfaithfully in that which was devoted to destruction.
1Ch 2:8And the son of Ethan: Azariah.
1Ch 2:9And the sons of Hezron, who were born to him: Jerahmeel and Ram and Chelubai.
1Ch 2:10And Ram begot Amminadab, and Amminadab begot Nahshon, the prince of the children of Judah;
1Ch 2:11And Nahshon begot Salma, and Salma begot Boaz,
1Ch 2:12And Boaz begot Obed, and Obed begot Jesse;
1Ch 2:13And Jesse begot his firstborn Eliab, and Abinadab the second, and Shimea the third,
1Ch 2:14Nethanel the fourth, Raddai the fifth,
1Ch 2:15Ozem the sixth, David the seventh;
1Ch 2:16And their sisters were Zeruiah and Abigail. And the sons of Zeruiah: Abishai and Joab and Asahel, three.
1Ch 2:17And Abigail bore Amasa, and the father of Amasa was Jether the Ishmaelite.
1Ch 2:18And Caleb the son of Hezron had children by Azubah his wife, and by Jerioth; her sons are these: Jesher and Shobab and Ardon.
1Ch 2:19And Azubah died; and Caleb took Ephrath to himself, and she bore him Hur.
1Ch 2:20And Hur begot Uri, and Uri begot Bezalel.
1Ch 2:21And afterward Hezron went to the daughter of Machir the father of Gilead and took her when he was sixty years old; and she bore him Segub.
1Ch 2:22And Segub begot Jair, who had twenty-three cities in the land of Gilead.
1Ch 2:23And Geshur and Aram took the villages of Jair from them, with Kenath and its villages, sixty cities. All these were sons of Machir the father of Gilead.
1Ch 2:24And after the death of Hezron in Caleb-ephrathah, Abijah, Hezron’s wife, bore him Ashhur, the father of Tekoa.
1Ch 2:25And the sons of Jerahmeel, the firstborn of Hezron, were: Ram the firstborn and Bunah and Oren and Ozem and Ahijah.
1Ch 2:26And Jerahmeel had another wife, whose name was Atarah; she was the mother of Onam.
1Ch 2:27And the sons of Ram, the firstborn of Jerahmeel, were Maaz and Jamin and Eker.
1Ch 2:28And the sons of Onam were Shammai and Jada. And the sons of Shammai: Nadab and Abishur.
1Ch 2:29And the name of Abishur’s wife was Abihail, and she bore him Ahban and Molid.
1Ch 2:30And the sons of Nadab: Seled and Appaim; and Seled died without sons.
1Ch 2:31And the son of Appaim: Ishi; and the son of Ishi: Sheshan; and the son of Sheshan: Ahlai.
1Ch 2:32And the sons of Jada, the brother of Shammai: Jether and Jonathan; and Jether died without sons.
1Ch 2:33And the sons of Jonathan: Peleth and Zaza. These were the sons of Jerahmeel.
1Ch 2:34And Sheshan had no sons but daughters; and Sheshan had an Egyptian servant, whose name was Jarha.
1Ch 2:35And Sheshan gave his daughter to Jarha his servant as his wife, and she bore him Attai.
1Ch 2:36And Attai begot Nathan, and Nathan begot Zabad,
1Ch 2:37And Zabad begot Ephlal, and Ephlal begot Obed,
1Ch 2:38And Obed begot Jehu, and Jehu begot Azariah,
1Ch 2:39And Azariah begot Helez, and Helez begot Eleasah,
1Ch 2:40And Eleasah begot Sismai, and Sismai begot Shallum,
1Ch 2:41And Shallum begot Jekamiah, and Jekamiah begot Elishama.
1Ch 2:42And the sons of Caleb, the brother of Jerahmeel, were Mesha his firstborn, who was the father of Ziph; and the sons of Mareshah the father of Hebron.
1Ch 2:43And the sons of Hebron: Korah and Tappuah and Rekem and Shema.
1Ch 2:44And Shema begot Raham, the father of Jorkeam. And Rekem begot Shammai;
1Ch 2:45And the son of Shammai was Maon; and Maon was the father of Beth-zur.
1Ch 2:46And Ephah, Caleb’s concubine, bore Haran and Moza and Gazez; and Haran begot Gazez.
1Ch 2:47And the sons of Jahdai: Regem and Jotham and Geshan and Pelet and Ephah and Shaaph.
1Ch 2:48Maacah, Caleb’s concubine, bore Sheber and Tirhanah;
1Ch 2:49And she bore Shaaph the father of Madmannah, Sheva the father of Machbena and the father of Gibea. And the daughter of Caleb was Achsah.
1Ch 2:50These are the sons of Caleb. The sons of Hur, the firstborn of Ephrathah: Shobal the father of Kiriath-jearim,
1Ch 2:51Salma the father of Bethlehem, Hareph the father of Beth-gader.
1Ch 2:52And Shobal the father of Kiriath-jearim had sons: Haroeh and half of the Menuhoth.
1Ch 2:53And the families of Kiriath-jearim were the Ithrites and the Puthites and the Shumathites and the Mishraites; from them came the Zorathites and the Eshtaolites.
1Ch 2:54The sons of Salma: Bethlehem and the Netophathites, Atroth-beth-joab and half the Manahathites, the Zorites.
1Ch 2:55And the families of the scribes who dwelt at Jabez: the Tirathites, the Shimeathites, the Suchathites. These are the Kenites that came from Hammath, the father of the house of Rechab.
